December 9, 2015 – Graybar Canada has announced that its Kitchener branch has earned registration to the Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2008.

The ISO 9001: 2008 standard is based on multiple quality management principles such as continual improvement, a strong customer focus, and the motivation and commitment of top management. It establishes and streamlines processes through complete documentation and greatly increases operational efficiency, Graybar says.

The company adds that its internal quality management system defines the policies and procedures used throughout Graybar Canada to ensure the products and services sold meet both the specified customer requirements and the business objectives.

Graybar Energy, a subsidiary of Graybar Canada, has also been recently registered to ISO 9001: 2008, according to the company. Graybar Energy is a domestic content supplier for electrical balance of system components for renewable energy projects.
