Hilti launches modern, faster and easier-to-use Hilti Online

September 9, 2013 – Hilti launched a new version of Hilti Online, boasting a modern look and promising easier site navigation for accessing the entire line of Hilti products. The site also promises to provide extensive technical and design resources to enhance the customer experience.
A new mobile feature for use with smart phones or tablets allows customers to place orders and get information from their mobile devices. Customers will have the capability to: conduct a live chat with sales pros; check stock availability; view account history, indicating all Hilti products in their fleet; request tool repair/calibration; find locations; track orders and shipments; and print invoices.
