February 7, 2023 – Ledvance says its fully field-programmable TapTronic LED drivers come with the latest interface data transfer communication, and cover various wattages within each of the compact, linear and outdoor model series.

Near Field Communication (NFC) converts your phone to a personal programming tool via a free app. These drivers can be programmed in the field, at any time, without the need for a laptop or even a power source.

The TapTronic app is available for both iOS and Android, and allows you to program things like: current, dim to off and dim range, constant lumen output, soft start, end of life, and thermal protection.
