The new NuTone Ceiling Fans offer updated light fixtures and blade finishes mirroring the most popular designs found in showrooms and retail outlets, says Broan NuTone. The units also features expanded fan and blade finishes to Energy Star qualified models. The fans can also cater to more energy-conscious buildings–the CFS standard series indoor fans, as well as the CFO outdoor series fans are all Energy Star qualified. All NuTone residential fan light kits include 13-watt CFL bulbs to meet the Energy Protection Act of 2005 (EPACT) requirements, which restricts total wattage for residential light fixtures.
