No “figure eighting” with GMP Micro and Mini fleeters (89002, 89298)

July 28, 2016 – General Machine Products Company (GMP) says its Micro and Mini microfiber cable fleeters replace the manual method of “figure eighting” cable at deployment midpoints and ensure cable protection from pedestrians or vehicles, while preventing contamination from mud, soil or dust.

Microfiber cable fleeters are also designed to work in conjunction with the GMP Breeze and Air Stream Cable Blowing Machine brands.

The Micro fleeter (part number 89002) can accommodate 0.19-in.- to 0.33-in. microfiber cable. Maximum cable handling is 6500 ft x 0.33 in.

The Mini fleeter (89298) can accommodate 0.19-in to 0.43 in. microfiber cable.
