Osram Sylvania’s Bright2Night offers a medium-base CFL lamp with an integrated LED. This combination product provides light output equivalent to a 100W incandescent lamp, and has the added function of a built-in, low-wattage LED… at an affordable price, says the company, for residential and hospitality applications. The CFL is suitable for general lighting while the LED serves as a low-energy nightlight. The lamp uses 23W while the integrated LED uses only 2W. Bright2Night has a rated life of 8000 hours.
