July 26, 2021 – Ranger Design says it has redesigned its Ladder Rack line to provide a “tough, safe, and simple design” to meet “customers’ every need”.
The line includes the Low-Roof Max Rack and the Cargo Rack, and a new Clamp Rack and Combination Rack, as well as the rear-loading Access Stow Rack.
The Clamp Rack sports inside hooks that guide your ladder during loading and unloading; its throttle latch secures the ladder from the outside to avoid rungs, brackets, and gussets, and is designed to prevent metal-to-metal contact and avoid splinters from fiberglass ladders.
All ladder racks have a compatible modular design: one platform is used to build the entire line, which means you purchase a base rack (e.g. Cargo Rack) then upgrade to any other in the line-up simply by purchasing an extra part.
