July 3, 2014 – Siemens has debuted intelligent voice communication panels boasting full-featured protection for everyday and emergency life safety and communication needs in small and medium-size facilities.

The flexible, networkable panels claim to leverage the latest in Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology to deliver state-of-the-art fire protection with the added option of high-quality digital voice communication capabilities over the same connection. UL-listed as a fire alarm and an emergency communication system, the systems have a two-channel message player that supports up to 64 digital messages. Each panel can deliver up to three targeted or differentiated messages simultaneously, as needed.
