June 26, 2013 – Erico has expanded its range of specialty end fittings for the Caddy Speed Link universal support system with six new end fittings: angle bracket; decking hook; hammer-on flange clip; loop; threaded stud end; and shot-fire bracket. In addition to these new options, the system has four existing end fittings to choose from: hook, toggle, Y-hook and Y-toggle. Erico describes the Caddy Speed Link system as an alternative to using threaded rod, strut and strut nuts, which installs without drilling into the building structure. The system works with a variety of extensions, accessories and other Caddy fasteners. A selection of locking devices is available for different applications and load requirements. The range of end fittings accommodates various types of structural attachments.
