Sunrise says its RxT smart productivity test platform is the first fully connected, workflow-optimized, smart productivity test platform for improving field productivity for telecom, cable and mobile operators. A single device, the RxT is “the solution for CSPs [communication service providers] to reduce CAPEX/OPEX and deliver high quality subscriber services”. The RxT platform integrates with Sunrise’s realGATE workflow optimization system; field technicians can email and upload results, access the web and transfer files with its Wi-Fi connection, eliminating the need to carry a laptop. It is a single, lightweight, compact platform that boasts built-in training widgets to help tackle new technologies and reduce training time for technicians.
