Suseth Allen has joined Ideal Industries (Canada) Corp. as a bilingual customer service representative for Canada.

Suseth brings a strong, customer-focused range of experience to the role. She spent five years with Telus in client resolution, loyalty and retention, nine years with Air Canada as a flight attendant, and was most recently an executive assistant in the financial sector.

Suseth graduated from Laurier University with a degree in accounting and marketing.
