“Daltco has a very strong and long-standing reputation for quality and service within the Eastern Ontario marketplace, and will continue to operate as its own entity—as it does now—under the leadership of Mark and his team,” reads the note from Hayet. “Going forward, Daltco and Ideal Supply will benefit from each other’s electrical expertise, and will help each other strengthen their business in their respective geographic regions.”

Rogers joined Daltco in 1984, working part-time at the Brockville branch while completing his electrical engineering technology diploma. He then held positions as outside sales representative, branch manager and, most recently, senior director of sales and marketing.

Michael Brown has been promoted to the position of manager, Projects, Vendor and Marketing. Brown joined Daltco in 1997, where he held the positions of automation sales specialist and branch manager in Ottawa. Since 2021, he has held the roles of both branch manager (Kingston) and project department manager for the Daltco business.

Andrew Thompson has been promoted to the position of sales manager. He joined Daltco in 2000, working his way up from warehouse associate to inside sales, outside sales and, most recently, branch manager (Kanata).

These appointments come into effect February 5, 2024.
