Electrical and Low-Voltage Contractors Working Together – EBPowerCon 2021

June 11, 2021 | By Anthony Capkun

June 11, 2021 – Intelligent buildings are becoming the norm for new facilities and retrofits, and the merger of data and power over low-voltage IP cabling for building systems naturally leads to a merger of professions and cooperation between low-voltage and electrical tradespeople.

We are joined at EBPowerCon by Carol Everett Oliver, current president-elect for BICSI, and the principal of CEO Communications. Rather than be anxious about the convergence of technologies, Carol will show how electrical contractors can and should embrace the opportunities that come with smart buildings and retrofits.

The EBPowerCon Cybershow & Expo was launched by the team at Electrical Business Magazine for Canada’s professional electrical community—contractors, engineers, maintenance, and related stakeholders—with the goal of shedding light on trends and technologies so as to empower them with knowledge and insight into markets and opportunities.
