August 19, 2014 – Fischer Connectors has added the FOH 2-2 hybrid connector, featuring two fiber channels and two electrical contacts, to its FiberOptic series.

Allowing both power and data to be transmitted through the connector, the FOH 2-2 saves space, money, design and installation time, and offers premium optical performance in all environments, indoor or outdoor, says the company. The connector boasts IP68 (mated) and IP67 (unmated) ratings, optional gas-tight panel receptacles, and a mono-block mate adapter claiming easy access to ferrules for field cleaning and maintenance.
