January 28, 2014 | By Anthony Capkun

January 28, 2014 – Next week, EBMag will be attending the 2014 IEEE IAS Electrical Safety Workshop (ESW), but the Call for Papers for the 2015 ESW—January 26-30 in Louisville, Ky.—has been issued. Here’s your chance to do your part in “Changing the Electrical Safety Culture”.

The ESW provides a forum for changing and advancing the electrical safety culture to enable sustainable improvement in eliminating electrical incidents, injuries and fatalities. CLICK HERE for EBMag’s video from the 2013 workshop!

The workshop’s focus on “Changing the Electrical Safety Culture” targets two areas:

1. Advancing the application of state-of-the-art knowledge and practices.
2. Stimulating innovation in creating the next generation of safe work practices, technology and managing systems.
