Ideal Networks has donated 26 testers to the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 353 Education and Training department in Toronto to support its educational programs.

The donation included VDV II cable verifiers, NaviTek NT network troubleshooters, SignalTek NT network transmission testers and SecuriTest IP CCTV testers for use in Network Cabling Specialist (NCS) trade school and night school programs.

“We really appreciate the generous product donation, and the students who had an opportunity to be introduced to our partners at Ideal Networks and see the products also expressed this firsthand,” said Susan Boorman, director of education and Ttaining for IBEW Local 353.

When the testers were delivered to IBEW 353 by Jim Hunter, vice president of sales, North America, for Ideal Networks, he also had the opportunity to meet a group of NCS Basic trade school students.
