September 12, 2023 – Innovair Solutions has acquired Industrie Orkan Inc., the manufacturer of Epurair brand air-quality products.

This acquisition will allow Innovair to access technology in a new business sector, says the company, “share expertise and knowledge, and collaborate in the development of new products”.

“With the constantly growing demand for air-quality improvement products, Industrie Orkan Inc. will now have all the tools it needs to keep growing and serve all its customers,” said Louis Beaulieu, CEO, Innovair.

Industrie Orkan Inc. will continue to operate under the leadership of brothers Daniel and Simon Labrecque.

Headquartered in L’Islet, Que., Innovair Solutions is a family owned business encompassing a range of brands, such as Ouellet, Dettson, Momento, Nortron, and Global Commander. The company also owns Hazloc Heaters, Nanjing Ouellet, Britech, Delta-Therm, and Innovair in Miami.
