March 19, 2014 – Joris Myny has been appointed senior vice-president of the Industry Sector at Siemens Canada, where he is responsible for overall strategic direction and management, including sales, marketing and service operations within the fields of automation, integrated drive systems including gear units, motion control, instrumentation, industrial control and PLM software.

Myny began his career with Siemens in 1990 with the Siemens Automation & Drives Group in Belgium, and possesses extensive international management experience, most recently as vice-president, sales integration, Siemens Product Lifecycle Management Software Inc. Plano, Texas).
