June 17, 2025 – Ontario Power Generation subsidiary Laurentis Energy Partners announced the appointment of Leslie McWilliams as president & CEO effective August 18.

She succeeds Jason Van Wart who, after 22 years with OPG and seven at Laurentis, announced he will be pursuing new opportunities.

With more than 25 years of experience at OPG, McWilliams has held a range of senior roles across the company, most recently serving as deputy senior vice-president at Darlington Nuclear.

Laurentis also celebrated the opening of its new head office at 850 Champlain Avenue in Oshawa, Ont. The company also maintains offices in Hamilton and Bruce County in Ontario, Saint John in New Brunswick, and Bucharest and Cernavoda in Romania.
