January 27, 2024 – Leviton Network Solutions is now providing Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) on end-to-end global copper systems.

The EPD is a document that communicates standard information about a product’s environmental impact throughout its life cycle. “EPDs play a key role in contributing toward the many green building certification programs available today,” says Leviton.

“Combining our complete end-to-end global copper systems with EPDs allows our customers to make more informed decisions about sustainable infrastructure, and enables them to contribute toward credits in various green building programs,” said Leviton Network Solutions’ Ross Goldman, who also serves as the Leviton’s chief sustainability officer.

The company’s EPDs are available for the following copper products:

• Patch panels
• Jacks
• Patch cords
• Plenum cable
• CPR-rated cable
• Riser cable

The EPDs are third-party verified and visible on UL’s SPOT Product Database.
