July 24, 2012 – R. Stahl claims its YA11 panel mount sounder is the first true globally certified explosion protected panel mount horn. The Class I, Division 2 panel mount horn, with its aluminum painted housing, weighs less than albs and has an outer profile of 1.1″. The YA11 has zone 2 certifications for ATEX and IECEx, as well as NEC and CEC Class I, Division 2, Class I, Zone 2. It operates from 18-32 VDC, and is certified for ambient temperatures from -40ºC to + 70ºC, with IP66 and NEMA 4X certified protection.
