RHUB and Crossover sign distribution agreement

December 9, 2008 | By Alyssa Dalton

RHUB Communications, a provider of Web conferencing appliances, has signed a distribution agreement with Crossover Distribution.com Corp., a value-added distributor of wireless broadband, in-building cellular, telecom and CATV technologies to the North American marketplace.

Under
the agreement, Crossover will offer RHUB’s on-premise TurboMeeting Web
conferencing appliance, configured with the company’s proprietary
TurboMeeting software and other key Web conference appliances.

TurboMeeting
supports both fully interactive and ‘view only’ attendees in the same
Web conference. Users can share information from one computer or among
many, and TurboMeeting is both PC and Mac-compatible.

 “Web
conferencing is being embraced by businesses of all sizes,” said Darin
Gibbons, Crossover’s vice-president of sales and marketing. “Not only
does it save time and the expense of business travel, it also fosters
collaboration and interactive sharing for remote employees, customers
and suppliers alike.”

“We are
very excited to have Crossover join our channel team,” said Larry
Dorie, CEO of RHUB. “Crossover’s experience, size and market focus make
them an ideal partner for RHUB. Their excellent support capabilities
will provide the assistance resellers can rely on.”
