Rittal Systems Ltd. (Rittal) has been certified as a Great Place to Work for the seventh consecutive year following a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work Institute Canada. This certification is based on direct feedback from employees, collected as part of an anonymous survey about the workplace environment.

“I am extremely pleased and proud to announce that we are officially certified as a Great Place to Work for the seventh year in a row,” said Tim Rourke, president of Rittal. This is an amazing accomplishment and it is thanks to all our employees for making this such a great place to come to each and every day!”

Rourke added that Rittal will use the survey as a source of honest feedback that the company can analyze and evaluate to determine where improvements can be made.

The survey noted a few areas where Rittal out-performed the top 50 companies in the category, including:

  • Having a balanced work life and the proper tools to perform well.
  • Receiving the proper resources, training and equipment to perform well on the job.
  • Rittal’s special and unique benefits, including community service opportunities, new recycling initiatives, employee awards, team building programs, company-matched RRSP and more.

Rittal notes that it also boasts “having some of the longest-standing employees in the manufacturing industry, best training programs that are easily accessible to all, and above all, a spirit of camaraderie and openness.”
