July 26, 2022 – Schneider Electric has acquired EV Connect Inc., a provider of electric vehicle charging solutions.

Through its open charging platform, EV Connect aims to simplify “the set-up, management, and optimization of charging stations with premium customer service—from installation to driver support”.

EV Connect CEO and founder Jordan Ramer—along with the current management team—will continue to lead the company’s operations as a distinct subsidiary.
