November 8, 2023 – Sonepar Canada’s Ontario-based business divisions—Texcan Ontario and Gescan Automation Ontario—will merge into the Sesco business effective January 1, 2024, and form one operating company.

“By combining our three businesses under the Sesco brand, our customers will now have access to more products while at the same time enjoying the expertise of staff that specialize in the product they’re looking for,” said Todd Walford, president, Sonepar Ontario.

“Whether you are an OEM, industrial business integrator or electrical contractor, the new Sesco will be there to support your business,” Walford added.

A family-owned company, Sonepar is present in 40 countries through a network of 100 brands. In Canada, it serves customers across 90 locations.
