November 18, 2020 – Catalyst Sales & Marketing recently hired Lily Sangster as its first head of Marketing.

“We see a huge opportunity to set the standard for marketing by a rep agency,” said Mark MacDonald, principal. “We’re confident that the experience and enthusiasm Lily brings to this position will make Catalyst stand out in our industry.”

Lily is responsible for developing and implementing all marketing strategy, and aligning Catalyst’s efforts with the marketing goals of the manufacturers it represents.

She holds a Master of Journalism from the University of King’s College in Halifax. Before joining Catalyst, Lily spent seven years as part of the digital marketing branch of T4G Ltd.

Catalyst is a manufacturer representative serving electrical wholesalers and lighting showrooms in Atlantic Canada.
