Emerson Network Power showcases ASCO Series 300 paralleling system
August 21, 2015 By Renée Francoeur

August 21, 2015 – Emerson Network Power has premiered the ASCO Series 300 generator paralleling system—”the first transfer switch-based, multi-feature packaged power system with load management for mid-tier installations”, it says.
The ASCO Series 300 packaged power system incorporates a high-endurance ASCO closed transition transfer switch mechanism. The system combines the transfer mechanism with the ASCO load distribution and control technology originally developed for “mission-critical, highly-engineered installations”, Emerson Network Power said. The company scaled the control technology for this standard design, which is available from 208 to 600 volts.
“We integrate ASCO’s core IP/technology with field-proven controls and load management expertise”, said Brian Escott, vice president of Power Control Systems at Emerson Network Power.
