September 21, 2023 – Resideo Technologies Inc. is selling its Genesis Wire & Cable business to Southwire Company LLC, in a deal expected to close in the next 30 days.

Based in Pleasant Prairie, Wis., Genesis is a manufacturer of low-voltage cable for residential and commercial applications, including comfort, security, network and communications, entertainment, and fire and safety.
