Guillevin International has announced the acquisition of Electrical Wholesaler Edmonton Ltd. (EWEL). Since its launch in Edmonton in 1975, EWEL has developed a strong reputation with residential, commercial and industrial customers.

Going forward, Guillevin will continue to operate the 3 EWEL Edmonton locations under the same brand and with their existing teams. David Carson, former president of the group and grandson of EWEL’s founder, will continue to assume the general management of EWEL reporting to Luc Rodier, president and CEO.

In other Guillevin news, the organization also recently joined Electro-Federation Canada.
