Exfo says its BV-10 ethernet/IP performance endpoint (PEP) unit is “the industry’s most cost-effective and comprehensive dedicated performance demarcation device” that streamlines testing and service assurance throughout carrier ethernet networks, “especially mobile backhaul deployments”. The company claims its BV-10 series is an intelligent, dedicated performance demarcation device for Layers 2 and 3, and complies with MEF and IETF standards. It can be deployed across the entire network without having to interrupt services, offering an alternative for their remote monitoring and troubleshooting.
