Fluke Networks creates Visual Network Systems company

Fluke Networks – a network installation and analysis company – has created an operating entity from its Fluke Networks Systems assets called the Visual Network Systems. The system was “established to address the tremendous market growth opportunity in the Application Performance Management (APM) market,” says the press release.

The Visual Network Systems company will be located in Colorado led by
Lyn Cantor, general manger. Cantor reports to Rich McBee, who is
responsible for a group of companies under Danaher’s Test and
Measurement platform (which include both Fluke Network and Visual
Network Systems). Visual Network Systems’ portfolio includes a
collection of technologies that support the company’s Enterprise
Intelligence Strategy:

– Visual Performance Manager
– Visual UpTime products
– NetFlow tracker
– Application Performance Appliance (APA)
– NetAlly Active test solutions
