By Anthony Capkun
October 28, 2016 – Earlier this month, Panasonic says it signed a non-binding letter of intent with Tesla Motors to discuss possible collaboration on the production of PV (photovoltaic) cells and modules for the North American market at a factory in Buffalo, N.Y., under the Tesla umbrella.
