The Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) has announced its call for nominations for its fourth annual Excellence in Cable Telecommunications Learning & Development Award.

The award focuses on and recognizes the achievements of learning and
development from an individual in the cable telecom industry. This
individual has advanced the careers of others through innovative cable
telecom technology-centric curricula and learning programs.

To be
nominated, the individual must be an SCTE member who is employed by a
cable telecom operator. These nominations are due by July 9, 2010. The
award will be presented at the annual SCTE Conference on Broadband
Learning & Development on October 19.
