GammaTech Durabook R11 adds more features for 2016

March 29, 2016 - GammaTech Computer Corp. says it has improved its Durabook R11 rugged tablet, based on user requests. The R11 is now available with an expanded battery, keyboard folio and also features an 11.6-in. widescreen display and certification to MIL-STD-810G, MIL-STD- 461F, ANSI ISA Standard 12.12.01, and IP65 specifications.

Added features also include an Intel Broadwell U series CPU platform, a one-chip solution with a high-definition graphic engine, and 15W low-power consumption. It supports Intel vPro technology to meet mobility and security needs.

GammaTech notes the R11 is the lightest rugged tablet PC in its class at 2.73 lb.
